The Employment Law practice group focuses on the representation of management in all aspects of employment relations. We advise clients in the drafting of employment policies and handbooks, employment contracts, and non-competition agreements. Our attorneys review existing employment manuals, policies and management practices to determine compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory provisions. We are experienced in handling discrimination claims, wage disputes, and unemployment matters.  Should litigation become necessary, or if an administrative claim is filed against our clients, we appear in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies including the United States and New York Departments of Labor, Division of Human Rights, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Workers’ Compensation Board, and the Public Employment Relations Board.
