Construction Law

The Construction Law practice group represents contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and owners regarding private and public construction projects.  We are experienced in representing clients in all phases of construction, from contract review, drafting and negotiation to the resolution of payment and other contract disputes.  When our construction clients encounter an issue on a project, we provide counsel on contract interpretation, rights, and procedures to preserve claims.  If a dispute cannot be resolved, our attorneys are experienced in representing construction professionals in litigation or in alternative dispute resolution proceedings including mediation and arbitration.  We also represent owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in the prosecution and defense of mechanics’ liens on both public and private projects.
