Litigation Associate
Menter, Rudin & Trivelpiece, P.C. is seeking a qualified attorney to join its Litigation Practice Group. Candidate should have one to three years of experience, whose practice is concentrated in commercial litigation matters. Applicants must have a strong command of the CPLR and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, experience in drafting pleadings and motions in commercial cases and conducting depositions. Applicants must have a strong background in the Uniform Commercial Code and general commercial law. Salary commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits package and bonus program.
