Ms. Yang-Patyi is a member of both the firm’s Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy as well as Litigation practice groups and is an advocate for creditors and claimants in different forums.  Ms. Yang-Patyi regularly handles litigation in cases involving creditors' rights, fraudulent conveyance, estate administration, employment discrimination and contract disputes as well as handles the firm's enforcement of money judgments.  She has represented creditors and debtors in bankruptcy appeals and defended avoidance actions in bankruptcy proceedings throughout the United States.  Ms. Yang-Patyi has successfully conducted non-jury trials in bankruptcy courts, state courts and hearings before administrative agencies. 

Ms. Yang-Patyi has lectured on bankruptcy and collection issues for the New York State Bar Association.  Ms. Yang-Patyi is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
