Mr. Sidd is a member of the firm’s Commercial Transactions practice group as well as the Real Estate practice group. Mr. Sidd has extensive experience in the areas of business law, commercial real estate and economic development law.  He represents businesses in their day-to-day activity including contract preparation and negotiation as well as mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Sidd also represents buyers, sellers and developers of commercial real estate as well as landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters and has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in mortgage financings.  Mr. Sidd routinely advises and represents New York economic development entities.  Mr. Sidd is Examining Counsel for Stewart Title Insurance Corporation, First American Title Insurance Corporation of New York and Chicago Title Insurance Company.
