Ms. Kirsch is a member of the firm’s Banking Law, Commercial Transactions and Real Estate practice groups.  Her experience includes representing banks, corporate clients and individuals in commercial loan closings, loan documentation and restructuring, property purchase and sale, corporate formation and general regulatory and compliance issues. 

Ms. Kirsch is on the Board of Directors for the Prevention Network, a non profit organization providing prevention services relating to substance use/abuse and addiction in Central New York.
