Mr. Fucillo manages the firm's Environmental Law practice group.  In that capacity, he advises clients on a full range of environmental regulatory issues and litigating environmental disputes in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Mr. Fucillo's practice includes extensive counseling and litigation concerning the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), CERCLA and the New York State Navigation Law, among other areas.  He is Special SEQRA Counsel to several municipal corporations and represents developers and other private clients and litigants with respect to SEQRA issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fucillo was a trial attorney in the United States Navy JAG Corps. and later, was Assistant Regional Attorney in Region 6 and Regional Attorney in Region 7 of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC).

Mr. Fucillo co-authored an article in the Matthew Bender publication, Environmental Law in New York, entitled, “Petroleum Discharges and the New York State Navigation Law,” and has lectured at New York State Bar Association CLE presentations.
