Jeffrey D. Eaton, an associate with the Firm’s Bankruptcy group, was designated as a participant in the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges Next Generation program.  The NCBJ Next Generation program is intended for lawyers who have been practicing for 5 – 10 years, and have met certain qualifications including legal excellence in the practice of bankruptcy law, a serious commitment to principles of civility, ethics, and professionalism, and a commitment to the continued educational development of bankruptcy professions and to professional activities that will benefit the public, members of the bar and court system.  Mr. Eaton will be one of 40 attendees participating in a roundtable discussion with more than 20 bankruptcy judges from around the country.  Each participant in the NCBJ Next Generation program met high standards of excellence required to qualify for the program and was selected though a lottery system to ensure that that no judge actively participated in selecting the final participants.   More information about the NCBJ Next Generation program is available at
